The Fibre Utilization Plan Guideline provides guidance to industry when completing the Fibre Utilization Form.
The As-Cleared Submission Form is required only where a cutting permit was issued for an activity and reflects the actual area used in the construction of the oil and gas activity.
A Cutting Permit is required and must be approved before any Crown timber is cut.
The Fibre Utilization Form is required to be submitted to the Commission with each application that impacts merchantable fibre. Refer to the Fibre Utilization Plan Guideline for guidance on each section.
A Master License to Cut (MLTC) is required and must be approved where the removal of Crown timber is required to conduct oil and gas activity. A MLTC is required for each Forest District.
