Guidelines
The Air Discharge Application Guideline guides industry through the waste discharge application process for air emissions from oil and gas facilities.
The Oil and Gas Handbook Drilling Waste Management Chapter provides industry with the requirements for storage and disposal of drilling wastes.
The Schedule B – Site Reclamation Assessment provides industry with the reclamation assessment requirements for lands within the Agricultural Land Reserve.
The Site Classification Tool guides industry through the requirements to determine if an oil and gas site is required to complete and submit High Risk Site Documentation to the Ministry of Environment.
Forms
The Access to Crown Land for Offsite Investigation Form is used by permit holders to apply for Crown land access for the purpose of environmental investigation related to existing oil and gas activities.
Part 1 of the Certificate of Restoration Application Form is used by permit holders to apply for a remediated site status.
Part 2 of the Certificate of Restoration Application Form is used by permit holders to apply for a reclaimed site status.
The Site Classification Tool Form allows industry to demonstrate site condition and regulatory authority responsible for oversight of remediation to the Commission.
The Wellsite Cleanup Form is required after a well has been drilled.
