Application Management System

The Commission’s Application Management System (AMS) is the online system for the submission of oil and gas applications in British Columbia. AMS provides a consistent process for oil and gas activity permit applications, related activity authorization applications, applications for provincial approvals for NEB pipelines, and historical data submissions.

Applicants must ensure they have been set up as an oil and gas operator prior to submitting an application through AMS. For more information on how to become an oil and gas operator, please refer to the Permit Operations and Administration Manual.
