Methane leak detection and repair (LDAR) reports pertaining to the 2021 reporting year are now requested by March 31, 2022.

The BC Energy Regulator (Regulator) has moved up the date for the annual submission of methane leak detection and repair (LDAR) data to the eSubmission portal. LDAR reports pertaining to the 2021 reporting year are now requested by March 31, 2022.

Enhancements to eSubmission are being made, so please don’t submit LDAR reports prior to Feb. 28, 2022.

For information on the electronic submission of methane LDAR reports, please refer to the eSubmission User Guide on the Regulator’s website.
