Users are now able to validate Well Test submissions required under Sections 63 and 73 of the Drilling and Production Regulation.

The BC Energy Regulator (Regulator) has added the ability for users to validate Well Test submissions required under Sections 63 and 73 of the Drilling and Production Regulation.
This new functionality is available to any user with an active Online Systems account for any non-confidential wells; permit holder specific permissions are not required. The validation tool will help industry, including contractors and service providers, to identify and correct some errors. The permit holder is responsible for ensuring submissions to the Regulator are accurate.
Use of the Submission File Validation option in eSubmission will not result in a submission to the Regulator. Well Test submissions will continue to be subject to validation upon submission.
