Production Outage May 3-5

As part of ongoing preventative maintenance of Commission systems, there will be an planned outage from 5:00 PM PST on Friday May 3rd through 12:00 PM PST on Sunday May 5th for the following Commission systems:

     - eSubmission
​     - Well Lookups and Reports

These systems will remain unavailable for the duration of the outage.  The Commission database will remain available during this time so there is no impact to KERMIT, AMS, Data Downloads or other systems.

eSubmission: Apr. 24, 2019

Changes to eSubmission on Apr. 24, 2019 include the following:

New Notice of Construction Start menu option:

  • Notice of Construction Start submissions for all oil & gas activities except facilities and pipelines must now be submitted exclusively through the new Notice of Construction Start option under the Notices menu option in eSubmission. Please refer to INDB 2019-06 for further details.

Changes to the Find Well search window:

Changes to eSubmission on Mar. 1, 2019 include the following:

Changes to Hydraulic Fracture submissions:

  • Hydraulic Fracture submissions can no longer be made against cancelled Notices of Operation/Flare.

Changes to Notice of Operation/Flare submissions:

  • When viewing all Notices of Operation/Flare for a well, the End Date for each operation or flaring activity in the Notice is now displayed.

Changes to Post Construction Plan (PCP) submissions:

eSubmission: Apr. 9, 2018

Changes to eSubmission on April 9, 2018 include the following:

New Well Integrity Menu Option:

  • Surface Casing Vent Flow, Gas Migration and Abandoned Well Leak submissions must now be submitted exclusively through the new Well Integrity menu option in eSubmission. Please refer to INDB 2018-07.

Changes to Summary Report of Drilling Operations (SRDOs) Submissions:
